Here are several marketing trends predicted to be popular in 2024.

AI is infiltrating the search environment, and that means that small business owners must adapt their content creation and posting methods, according to an article from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Google’s new Search Generative Experience (SGE) is changing traditional search dynamics, emphasizing simple information for better search visibility over more complex content. Because of this, it will benefit businesses to use straightforward, easy to understand information to ensure information is readily available to potential customers.

Integrating online and offline efforts
In 2024, more small businesses are engaging in “omnichannel communications,” merging online and offline marketing to enhance the customer journey. According to the Chamber of Commerce, aligning online initiatives such as Facebook ads with in-store promotions or email campaigns help provide a seamless customer experience. Utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor customer interactions across various channels enables businesses to tailor marketing messages effectively.
